Our rates are for occupancy by 4 people.  There is an charge for each additional guest beyond 4 persons, to a maximum occupancy of 6 people.

All charges subject to State of Hawaii Taxes (currently 11.42%).

We charge a $100 cleaning fee for rentals less than 7 nights.

A $300 deposit is required to reserve your dates.

Full payment required 30 days in advance of your check-in date.

Cancellation fee: No charge if cancelled more than 30 days in advance of your check-in date, $300 if cancelled in less than 30 days in advance.

No credit cards, please - check or money order only.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IS PERMITTED IN THE CONDO OR ON THE LANAI. 

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
